Henry Ferranti - Founder and President

Henry is the founder and visionary for Cloud Stream Networks Inc. He created Cloud Stream Networks to bring to market his dream of the Cloud Computing and Interactive Streaming Media Technology.
Henry has supported several govenment agencies since 1983 and has been intrinsically involved in designing and implementing Network Infrastructure and Application Services. Henry was the lead designer several critical systems like Vehicle GPS Tracking and monitoring system currently being used by government agencies. He has designed many of the Network Data Centers throughout the country implemeted large scale
Emergency Disaster Recovery sites.
Henry’s experience includes consulting to major organizations i.e. Teleport Communication Group, Merrill Lynch, IBM and AT&T Global Networks as Operations and Technology Consultant for Disaster Recovery and Battery Backup Recovery Systems. He was part of the team that developed the first Prototype AT&T Video Conference center.
Henry has substantial depth in streaming media, developing one of the early Desktop Editing Systems for a German Technology company.
Henry Worked with US Veterans Post 9/11 doing overseas broadcasts for Christmas holiday and live feeds to their families here and abroad. He continues in his efforts to assist Veterans on Staten Island to keep communication with their families while they protect our country.
Arul Arasan - Exec. Vice President - Technology
Arul Arasan is a successful Entreprenuer and a technology specialist with 23 years of executive and hands-on experience in securing Carrier and Enterprise Networks, CxO Advisory and Business-IT Security Strategic Alignment. Arul has an exemplary record of success in delivering secure solutions that maximizes productivity and minimizes operational costs. He is a dynamic Business Leader with strong technology acumen.
Arul has extensive expertise in Carrier Telecommunications networks and Enterprise networks in business analysis, implementation planning, budgeting and project cost and risk management. Specific areas of excellence are in large-scale network engineering, datacenter design, retail network design and management, and security and compliance. Secondary areas of expertise includes software development, Software Systems architecture and platform integration.
Arul has strong strategic planning skills that emerge in the technology and services roadmap for the organization and a cross check to ensure it is aligned with the business objectives. Arul has been involved in all stages of Business Planning, Costing, Private and Venture Funding, requirement analysis, network design, capacity planning, and application transport going on to implementation and support thereafter. Arul Arasan also has a Patent to his name in the areas of Cable CWDM operations – This was an innovative idea to extend bandwidth to the edge in metropolitan networks in a cost effective manner.
Marcus Anthony Williams - Exec. Vice President - Operations
Mr. Williams has extensive knowledge in managing and operating data centers for over 25 years. From experiencing Private to Public managed systems environments, he has learned the different scenarios of architecture designs and build outs. Work experience has been from Systems analyst to Data Center Manager, from Private Fortune 500 companies to Municipal Agencies managing large to medium systems. Technical background includes various Network operational systems. Designing and Configuring installations of different schemas, with emphasis on hardware and software. He has been Managing Data Center Operations and assisting in the Determination of need and research of hardware, software, recommendations for purchase, acquisition, inventory, installation, training and maintenance. Server technology and high performance design is a major strength in his vast career. He holds an Degree in Computer Science and is accredited with several Certifications.
